Geri Disnard is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has specialty training to manage critically ill adult patients suffering from anxiety, delirium, depression, mood disorders or psychosis associates with surgery and/or serious medical illness. Geri also has extensive experience managing the elderly patient with mild cognitive impairment and can assist families with placement decisions for their elderly members.

Geri's treatment philosophy/goal is to decrease the impact of comoplex medical and emotional illness on daily functioning and to facilityat improved methods of coping with acute and chronic mental health issues through patient education.

Geri has two office locations in Weatherford and Granbury to provide convenient psych medicine management for Stephenville, Mineral Wells, Granbury and Parker County residents. 

Cost Per Session: Geri is out of network with insurance companies. Cost per session - $95-$175.
